Our Kneipp health trainer goes Nordic walking with our guests once a week along the finest walking trails around the Bacherhof Hotel. You do not need much: the most important item is your sticks. These should be carefully selected: the correct position is where your arms are at an angle of 90° when holding the sticks. Use good sports shoes that have already been worn in: special walking shoes are not required.
